What: Stamp Anniething Spring Canadian Retreat: Featuring Scooby-Doo!
Join us in Moncton, New Brunswick, for a fun-filled creative weekend on June 13th and 14th!
This retreat focuses on hands on instruction using Copic markers to color our themed stamped images and turn them into beautifully finished cards and projects.

Over the two day event, you’ll complete a minimum of 3 fully colored projects per day, plus 1 non coloring project each day, for a total of at least 8 completed projects by the end of the weekend.

What’s included in your Scooby-Doo Retreat Package:

• 2 - 6" x 8" Stamp Sets and 2 Matching Outline Die Sets 
• Two full days of detailed and creative projects with focused instructed learning. This will be 8 project kits minimum.

• Lunch, Snacks and Beverages Included Each Day (In Person Only)
•  Each day will begin at 9am and go until approximately 6pm. (In Person Only)

Payment Options

Guests may register by choosing one of the following:

• Pay in Full: $245.00 USD (non-refundable after deadlines listed below)

• Payment Plan: $100.00 non-refundable deposit

• 4 equal monthly installments of $36.25 (January through April) Friday January 2nd 2026, Friday February 6th 2026, Friday March 6th 2026 & April 3rd 2026.

Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans can change. However, retreat preparations begin months in advance and include custom-manufactured products, ordered supplies, and hand-assembled kits made specifically for each attendee. For this reason, the following cancellation schedule applies:

$100 Deposit:  Always non-refundable.

Refund Schedule

90+ Days Before the Retreat (By March 14th 2026)

Refund: Full refund of all installments paid (deposit not included).  Your seat is released to the waitlist.

60–89 Days Before the Retreat (March 15th to April 14th 2026)

Refund: 50% refund of installments paid to date.

Deposit remains non-refundable.

0–59 Days Before the Retreat (After April 15th 2026)

Refund: No refund of installments or deposit.

Your full retreat kit will be shipped to you after the event.

 

Kit Shipment for Late Cancellations

If cancellation occurs within 59 days or less before the retreat date, all products, stamps, dies, papers, and custom items prepared for you will be shipped to the address on your order after the event concludes.

Hotel Information

Rodd Moncton 434 Main St, Moncton, NB E1C 1B9

(Rooms are not included but the hotel is giving us the $179.00 CAD per night rate for retreat attendees for a Double Queen Room with two Queen Beds. Or they are offering a King Bed Room for $169.00 CAD) They have held these rates for us for the last 3 years. Rates are subject to 15% HST, and there is also a Tourism Accommodation Levy of 3.5%.  This is for a Queen SUITE, which consists of 2 queen beds (4 people capacity) All guest rooms include free Wi-Fi, Free self-serve hot breakfast, free parking, flatscreen TV, hairdryer, air conditioner, full length mirrors, and use of seasonal outdoor pool.

Hotel Guests can join us every morning in the Tidalview Breakfast Room for a complimentary hot breakfast. It is offered Monday – Friday from 6:00am – 9:00am and Saturday & Sunday from 6:30am – 9:30am.
