Thank you again for signing up for the Scooby-Doo Retreat! Attached to this email, you’ll find your invoice for the next installment in the amount of $36.25, which is now due.
Please submit payment directly through the invoice at your convenience.

Cancellation Policy
We understand that plans can change. However, retreat preparations begin months in advance and include custom-manufactured products, ordered supplies, and hand-assembled kits made specifically for each attendee. For this reason, the following cancellation schedule applies:
$100 Deposit: Always non-refundable.

Refund Schedule
90+ Days Before the Retreat (by March 15)
Full refund of all installments paid (deposit not included).
Your seat will be released to the waitlist.

60–89 Days Before the Retreat (March 14 – April 14)
50% refund of installments paid to date.
Deposit remains non-refundable.

0–59 Days Before the Retreat (after April 15)
No refund of installments or deposit.
Your full retreat kit will be shipped to you after the event.

Kit Shipment for Late Cancellations
If cancellation occurs within 59 days or less before the retreat date, all products, stamps, dies, papers, and custom items prepared for you will be shipped to the address on your order after the event concludes.
